TERRY YOUNG – GENERAL MANAGER
Terry Young is began his Hoosier Tire Midwest career in 1995. His career started at the Business Manager level after a 13 year career in banking. Terry has worked for the company in the dirt late model area as well as heading up the track servicing when Hoosier Tire Midwest handled the spec tire program for the ARCA Series. As the General Manager for the multi-state corporation, Terry handles a wide array of responsibilities on a daily basis, including contract sales duties as well as overall daily operations of the companies facilities. With Terry’s wide range of business experience, he can answer most any question. On specific tire application or compound information, Terry will be happy to direct you to the proper Product Manager for your specific application. KELLY KOVSKI – STORE MANAGER / ALLGAIER SHOCKS / FABRICATION
Kelly Kovski is one of the old veterans of Hoosier Tire Midwest, joining us in July 1995 He covers various assignments including Springfield location Store Manager and directing the Springfield Hoosier Tire Midwest Product Managers, heading up the Allgaier Body and Fabrication department and working extensively in the development side of Allgaier Racing Shocks. Kelly has extensive chassis knowledge, being a winning ARCA Crew Chief on both short tracks and Superspeedways, and has years of racing experience himself as a late model, modified and ARCA driver. DAVE MAGOWAN - CONTROLLER - ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
Dave Magowan joined Hoosier Midwest in August 2019 and is responsible for the Accounts Payable and General Accounting for the company, working hand in hand with our CPA firm. Dave also does so much more, including overseeing our IT Department and working hand in hand with our offsite IT professionals, as well as administering our sales software and our telephone system and heading up most facets of our Human Resources. BRUCE BROWNING – DRAG RACE / TRANSPORTATION
Bruce Browning is the Product Manager for Hoosier Tire Midwest’s Drag Racing line. This includes the Quick Time line, the Quick Time Pro line, the Pro Street line, the Drag Slick and Drag Front line of tires. He has worked for Hoosier since March 1993 and has worked in most product lines at various times including asphalt stock car, dirt late model, road racing and sprint car. In addition to his drag racing responsibilities, Bruce is also the Transportation Manager for Hoosier Midwest. With that kind of experience, Bruce has seen many changes in the racing world over the years. Bruce has been a big part of Hoosier’s successful rise in the world of Drag Racing. PHIL CLEER – ASSISTANT DRAG RACE, SPRINT CAR / TRANSPORTATION
Phil Cleer currently assists Bruce Browning with the Drag Racing tire line and the DOT Drag Radial line as well as handling other drag tire questions. Additionally, Phil assists Scott Fernandez in servicing of all World of Outlaw Sprint car events. Phil has worked at Hoosier Midwest since July 1993. Like Bruce, Phil has a diverse background during his tenure at Hoosier Midwest, having previously covered asphalt stock car, American Indy Car, road racing etc .. SCOTT FERNANDEZ – SPRINT CAR
Scott Fernandez has been with Hoosier Midwest since June 1988 and is responsible for the Sprint Dirt line (item numbers beginning with #31 and #38), the Midget Dirt line (item numbers beginning with #35) and the Dirt Little Car line (item numbers beginning with #42) as well as Dirt Oval Kart & Dirt Quarter Midget tires (Item Numbers beginning with #11), Asphalt Oval Kart and Asphalt Quarter Midget tires (Item Numbers beginning with #15), and Road Race Kart tires (Item Numbers beginning with #22). Scott also handles the ATV line (item numbers beginning with #16). BRYAN ZULAUF – DIRT LATE MODEL
Bryan Zulauf is Hoosier’s Modified and Late Model Dirt Product Manager. He handles item numbers beginning with #12 (Dirt DOT, Entry) and #36 (LM Economy Dirt). Bryan began Hoosier Midwest employment in June 2005, he has served as a field sales representative for dirt racing and plays a major role in our parts and accessories sales. TIM BAKER – ALLGAIER RACING SHOCKS
Tim Baker came aboard Hoosier Tire Midwest in August 2005 Starting out utilizing his years of Kart and Quarter Midget experience as the Go-Kart, Quarter Midget, and ATV product manager, He has since taken over day to day operation of Allgaier Racing Shocks where he can combine his knowledge from the Kart and Quarter Midget world, with his years of experience in the Modified and Late Model scene to be able to give any customer the #allgaieradvantage no matter what he’s taking to the track! BOB FISHER – ALLGAIER SHOCKS / FABRICATION
Bob Fisher joined Hoosier in February 2011 and works in the fabrication area of Allgaier Motorsports. Bob has a long history of employment in the motorsports arena and has never met a challenge he wasn't willing to take on. He has a wealth of mechanical ability and is a valuable asset to the team.

JOHN MATTA – ALLGAIER SHOCKS / FABRICATION
John Matta joined us in April 2016 and worked in the fabrication department at Allgaier Motorsports doing all types of fabricating work. We lost John to COVID-19 but he will forever hold a special place in our hearts. May he Rest in Peace until we meet again.

WAYNE TAYLOR - MANAGER - ALLGAIER PERFORMANCE
Wayne came on board in September of 2017 as the Parts Manager for Allgaier Performance. In that role, Wayne oversees thousands of part numbers, Assists customers, and various other duties to help our parts business continue to grow. Wayne has been in the parts and racing industries most of his life and has an incredible knowledge base to be able to assist most any customer in the racing/automotive industry. CALEB BOWN - SHOCK TECHNICIAN / WEBSITE / IT / TECH SUPPORT
Caleb Bown joined Hoosier Tire Midwest in late 2017 and has spent time in each of the departments at our Springfield Location. Currently he spends most of his time heading up our Website and various IT/Technical Support duties as well as being a trained Shock Builder and helping out in the Allgaier Racing Shocks and Allgaier Body and Fabrication Departments. MIKE MYERS – ALLGAIER PERFORMANCE
Mike joined the team in August of 2020 as a tire warehouse employee and a utility worker at Allgaier Body and Fabrication. Mike has done a little bit of everything but most days you can find him assisting customers and receiving/stocking inventory in our Allgaier Performance parts show room. Mike has a can do attitude and is always the first to volunteer to do more.

ADAM DYSON – ALLGAIER PERFORMANCE
Adam started working in our parts department August of 2022. He assists Wayne in day to day to day operations such as assisting customers both in person and over the phone, receiving/stocking inventory in our Allgaier Performance parts show room, and various other duties to keep Allgaier Performance growing! BOB GUESS – TIRE WAREHOUSE
Bob joined our team March of 2023. With an extensive open wheel background Bob spends most days assisting with tire warehouse duties such as filling customers orders and stocking the tire warehouse, as well as servicing events and assisting in transportation duties. KYA HALL – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Kya joined our staff in December of 2023 in the Accounts Receivable department. She handles all of the accounts receivable ledger posting as well as day-to-day front office duties such as directing incoming calls, assisting customers over the phone, and fielding calls with questions pertaining to account balances.
