RETURN POLICY:

When you need to return a product, please follow these instructions so we can serve you better.

  1. Call us at 217-522-1955
  2. Have your invoice number ready. You must have a copy of your original receipt to be able to return merchandise.
  3. Explain the problem and get a return authorization number.
  4. Ship item back prepaid and insured to the address given with the Return Authorization number
  5. Be sure to enclose a note explaining your reason for the return along with the return authorization number and a daytime telephone number so we can contact you if we need to.
  6. Hoosier Tire Midwest reserves the right to refuse any return items if returned items can not be sold as "New".
  7. Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.
  8. No returns on special order items.
  9. All return authorization number expires 30 day from date issued.
  10. No returns after 30 days.

We back all products sold by us with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back.

All parts returned for refund or store credit MUST be in resalable condition and MUST  be returned within 30 days of original purchase. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS!

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN FREIGHT

All Shipping, Handling, and Freight charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Products that are defective/damaged WHEN RECEIVED are handled case by case, give us a call for more information.

A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be charged on returns FOR REFUND past the first 15 days since original purchase. This Does NOT apply to returns for store credit.

All returns MUST have a valid RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and must be approved by a member of the Allgaier Performance Staff BOTH BEFORE SHIPPING AND AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN. Call 217-522-1955 to get your RGA number and return approval.

All returns MUST be sent back over-boxed over original product packaging and well packaged just as you received it from us, returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU if improperly boxed or damaged by customer return shipping.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL BY ALLGAIER PERFORMANCE STAFF

Returns are EXCLUDED for the following:
  • Products that have been used, mounted, installed, or tampered with in any way or show any signs of use.
  • Special order or custom fabricated/personalized products
  • Hazardous materials such as Batteries, Paint, oils, cleaners, etc.
  • Programmers, tuners, videos, software, or any other copyrighted media once opened or tampered with
  • Wheels and tires once they have been mounted/balanced, PLEASE CHECK FITMENT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
  • Products missing any parts, pieces, documentation, or original packaging.
  • Electrical components opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

RETURN POLICY:

Allgaier Racing Shocks DOES NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS OF ANY KIND due to the custom and personalized nature of racing shocks, racing suspension equipment, and any suspension tuning services. Exceptions may apply if product has a valid manufacture defect and has been discussed and approved by a store manager.
